We have to read this ODStatistics tutorial by trying the different
parts of the program. To do this, you have to either work in a
computer lab or download the software to work home (it works only with
OpenOffice Calc, and in computers that run OpenOffice Calc, that is
computers with Windows or Linux, and also Macs and Solaris).
- Option 1: Work at a computer lab. Simply
sit at any computer, open Aula Global and follow the
tutorial. Before following the different steps of this tutorial open
the ODStatistics software that you will find at Mi PC -> Folders on
'Recursos Public' in Windows, or Places -> Folder on 'Recursos
Public" in Linux. You have to look for the degree code
(International Business Economics) and the Data Analysis code
(21116). You will find the ODStatistics there.
- Option 2: To work home. You
can download the software at the following link:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/odstatistics/
or logging into Aula Global and clicking over the link that you find there.
Once you download the file to your computer, uncompress it (using
WinZip at Windows or any similar software that you have at your
system, you will have most likely a software to uncompress zip files)
and put all files into one single folder (you can put any name to this
folder). To start ODStatistics double-click over the file called odstats.ods.
